workshops

The students have been participating in multi form art making workshops. They have been working in the mediums of photography, sound, installation, thatre and fashion.
Here you can see the project they have been creating on the topic of utopia. Building upon an olive tree branch they have constructed a small village with the natural elements that surround us.
In the following photographs you can see them collecting field recordings, taken with both contact and electromagnetic microphones, in order to add sound to the village they are creating.
Our sound artist Pierlo also managed to apply contact microphones the sculpture itself, so that the city itself "sings" as the students work on it.
